The conditions under which you may use this site. They are short, because the site does few things: it presents services and receives requests for a conversation.

A presentation site. It describes the HUMX services and gives you a way to write to us if you want a conversation.

Nothing is ordered here. There is no basket, no online payment, no user account and no subscription, and sending a message does not conclude a contract.

A collaboration is agreed separately, in writing, after a conversation in which we settle what we do, on what timeline and on what terms. The service descriptions on the site are informative; they are not a binding offer and do not oblige us to accept a request.

Article 5 of Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce requires the provider of an information society service to make available the details that allow it to be identified and contacted. The identification details above are taken from the company's registration certificate; the certificate confirms identification, not the compliance of this document.

The texts, the page structure and the original materials published here belong to AXA TREND S.R.L. You may read, print and quote them, with the source indicated. Reproducing a text in full or using it commercially requires our written consent; write to us and we usually say yes.

We claim nothing that is not ours. The fonts used on the site are Instrument Sans and Space Grotesk, published by their authors under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence text is kept alongside the files. Quotations from and references to official sources remain those of their issuers.

The names and logos of other companies, where they appear, belong to their owners.

The articles describe how we look at a situation. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice and do not replace checking the source or talking to a specialist about your case.

The situations presented as examples of our approach are constructed to explain the method. They are not client projects and do not describe results achieved.

We work to keep the information correct and current, but regulations change. If you find an error, write to us and we will correct it.

Some pages link to official sources or to our profiles on other platforms. Those sites are not ours and we do not control their content, availability or rules.

A link does not mean we endorse everything found there. When you open an external link, that site's terms apply.

The contact form sends no data to the site. It composes a message and opens your e-mail application, from which you send it yourself. You can just as well write directly to contact@humx.ro.

We read what we receive. We do not promise a response time, and if we are not the right answer, we say so.

Please do not send us sensitive data or confidential documents in a first message. What we do with the data we receive is described in the privacy policy.

If you are a consumer and you are dissatisfied with a HUMX service, you can write to us at contact@humx.ro. If the complaint is not resolved directly, you can review the access conditions and submit a request through the ANPC alternative dispute resolution (SAL) platform.

The procedure concerns disputes between consumers and traders; it does not apply in the same form to contracts concluded between professionals. This information does not limit the right to bring the matter before the competent courts.

We may update this document when the site or the services change. The version published at the moment you use the site is the one that applies. We do not read consent to commercial messages into mere browsing: if we ever send any, it will only be with your explicit agreement.

Matters relating to the use of the site are governed by Romanian law. We do not designate an exclusively competent court here; if a disagreement arises, we discuss it directly first.
