Privacy
The contact form sends no data to the site: it opens your e-mail application, and you send the message yourself. What happens with the data in messages and with the server's technical data is explained below, separately for each situation.

WHAT THE SITE DOES AND DOES NOT DO
The contact form sends nothing to the site. It composes a message and opens it in your e-mail application, from which you send it yourself. The site has no database and keeps nothing you typed into the fields.
That does not mean the message goes unprocessed. From the moment it arrives in the mailbox contact@humx.ro, the message entails processing of the data in it, including reading and storage in the e-mail service.
The only information the site keeps in your browser is the language you chose. It is described in the cookies page.
1. BUSINESS ENQUIRIES
When a company writes to us about recruitment, outsourcing, digitalisation, training or audit.
What data
Name, company, e-mail, phone if you give it, the topic you selected and what you write in the message. Sometimes, in later conversations, information about the company's roles and processes.
What for
To understand the request, to reply, to prepare a conversation and, if it gets that far, a proposal.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a possible contract and, for business correspondence, our legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us. Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR
For how long
2 years from the last exchange of messages.
Who else sees it
The HUMX team working on the request. Mail runs on our own server, not through an external provider. MAIL RUNS ON OUR OWN SERVER
2. APPLICATIONS
When you send us a CV by e-mail. The site has no application form and uploads no files.
What data
Whatever your CV and message contain: contact details, experience, education, the area you can travel to, the schedule that suits you. Our notes from a conversation, if we have one.
What for
To see whether your profile fits a role we are working on, and to talk with you about it.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request, as someone interested in a role. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
For how long
12 months from the last movement in the process. If you choose to have us keep your profile for future roles, we ask for that separately and tell you how long.
Who else sees it
The HUMX team; mail runs on our own server. If you upload your CV to the recruitment portal, its text is also read by the artificial-intelligence model that applies our methodology — the detailed notice is there, at the consent step. A client company sees your CV only for the role you agreed to, and only after your agreement.
What we do not infer from a CV being sent
Writing to us is not general consent to any processing. We do not send your CV to clients without telling you which role it is about and without your agreement for that role.
We do not keep it indefinitely in a talent pool. If we want to keep it for future roles, we ask for your consent separately and tell you for how long. You can withdraw that consent at any time, by e-mail.
3. TECHNICAL SERVER DATA
What happens at infrastructure level, whether or not you write to us.
What data
The server delivering the pages receives your browser's request: IP address, time of the request, page requested, browser type. Servers usually keep access logs.
What for
Delivering the pages, keeping the site running and secure. We do not use this data for profiling or advertising, and we have no analytics tools installed.
Hosting provider
Hostico, a brand of S.C. Awesome Projects S.R.L. (VAT RO13163913), data centre in Bucharest.
Logs, retention
Rotated daily, kept for at most 30 days.
The fonts are hosted on this site, so the browser does not request them from an external service. The site loads no maps, videos or other third-party elements.
TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
The site, the mailbox and the recruitment portal are in Romania, with Hostico, therefore inside the European Union. The only data that crosses the border is what is sent to the artificial-intelligence model that analyses CVs in the portal: Anthropic PBC, United States, as our processor, under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914, module two) — the safeguards in Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

YOUR RIGHTS
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the following rights in relation to us. You exercise them by an e-mail to contact@humx.ro.
Access
To find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy.
Rectification
To have us correct what is wrong or incomplete.
Erasure
To have your data deleted. We do not promise erasure in every situation: a legal obligation or the defence of a legal claim may require us to keep something. If that is the case, we tell you what we keep and why.
Restriction
To have processing limited while a challenge is being clarified.
Objection
To object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Portability
To receive the data in a machine-readable format, where the right applies.
Withdrawal of consent
If a processing operation is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect what was lawfully done before.
